Hello! I’m Alejandra Vall, but you can call me Ale. Originally from Argentina, I’ve made Scotland my home for the past 15 years.

My health journey began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was juggling a full-time corporate job, homeschooling my kids, and grappling with the anxiety of being separated from my parents in Argentina. The pressure was immense—my sleep suffered, my energy dwindled, and my focus faltered. I found myself burnt out, struggling to fully show up for my work and my family. It became clear that I needed a change, so I took a step back to reevaluate how I got to this point and how to move forward.

Through research, reading, and experimenting with new practices, I discovered a vibrant world of health and wellness. I developed a self-care routine that suited me, and gradually, I began to feel revitalized. The best part? The positive habits I cultivated during that time have remained with me.

As I regained my balance, I realized my passion for holistic health and wellness was blossoming. I found joy in helping others achieve their goals and wanted to make a positive impact in my community. That’s when I decided to become a Health Coach. I earned my certification from the esteemed Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I delved into over 100 dietary theories, innovative coaching strategies, and practical lifestyle management techniques from leading experts in the field.
