What’s Included?

  • 90-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and take your health history.

  • Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom at a time that works best for you.

  • Support between sessions via email for accountability, motivation, or guidance.

  • A personalized plan to help you embed sustainable habits and reach your wellness goals.

  • Coaching notes after each session to track progress and reinforce key takeaways. 

How does it work?

Step 1: Arrange a Free Discovery Call

A 30-minute consultation to understand your needs, challenges, and goals. This is your chance to ask questions and see how we can work together.

Step 2: You decide what and when works for you

At the end of our Discovery call I will have an understanding of what a personalised coaching package would suit you best. If you decide to go ahead we will agree the time and day of the week that suits you best for our regular check-ins.

Step 3: Personalized Coaching Journey

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach! Our work together is tailored to your unique needs. Using evidence-based techniques like transformational coaching, motivational interviewing, mind-body medicine, and positive psychology, we’ll create strategies that actually work

Step 4: Your Next Steps

By the end of our journey together, you’ll have meaningful insights, sustainable habits, and a clear plan forward. Whether you choose to continue on your own or keep working together, discount packages are available for returning clients.
